Let's face it.  Everybody has been the lunch gopher, right?  You casually tell an office mate that your going to Cafe XYZ and soon the whole office knows.  Next thing you know, you're walking out the door with a fist full of sticky notes.  Cripes!

Here is how LunchGo4 will make it easy for you to collect those orders:

1.  Create the Free Group Lunch Run

 
A lunch run contains the details on where you are going and what time you are leaving.  You can also supply the restaurant 's web site address for menu browsing and tell people if you will take IOUs or PayPal.

2. Invite People to Your Run

 
After the run has been created, you send out invitations.   If the invitee would like to order something, they click on the link in the email or go to LunchGo4.com to enter the invitation code.  Once there, they can enter their food order.

 
3. Print Your Orders

When all orders have been collected, you print off a lunch order list to take with you.   If you have an iPhone, you can access your order list right from our mobile website at www.lunchgo4.com 

 
4. Tell Em' the Food is Here!

When you get back with the food, you can send out an announcement email to the group participants.
